Another one I liked.

I took this picture last weekend in the marsh at Kohler-Andrae State Park near Sheboygan. There's a boardwalk that goes through part of it, and it's a really nice place for birdwatching. I've spent many mornings/evenings just sitting on the edge of the boardwalk observing the Red-winged Blackbirds, Marsh Wrens, Great Blue and Green Herons, Soras, Virginia Rails, and Sandhill Cranes; and of course tons of waterfowl.

Except this day the usually abundant Red-winged Blackbirds were apparently completely absent--only to be replaced by... Black-capped Chickadees and Golden-crowned Kinglets?! The chickadees seemed to be foraging for seeds(?) off of the rather fluffy cattails.
